Dollar Savings Direct Cuts Savings Account Rate to 1.30%

This used to be 1.40% APY. Emigrant Bank kept the savings account rate at Emigrant Direct at 1.10% APY. Also note, that 2.25% APY 16-month online CD at Dollar Savings Direct is long gone. That yield went down to 1.65% about a month ago (you have to call or log in for the rate).
