Euro uncertainty will delay Fed rate hikes, analysts say

Economic forecasters at both Morgan Stanley and RBS, who had expected the Fed to begin to raise rates in September, now believe the U.S. central bank will remain on hold regarding monetary policy until early in 2011.
However, the probability based on the fed funds futures of a rate hike before the end of the year is 58%.
