FDIC Makes Public April Enforcement Actions

According to this FDIC press release there were 43 cease and desist consent orders and 9 prompt corrective actions that were issued in April. Some banks to receive cease and desist orders include Great Florida Bank, Coral Gables, FL; Bartow County Bank, Cartersville, GA; The Harbor Bank of Maryland, Baltimore, MD and Park Cities Bank, Dallas, TX. Some of the banks that received PCAs include Towne Bank of Arizona, Mesa, AZ and Broadway Bank, Chicago, IL.
