FDIC Makes Public February Enforcement Actions

The FDIC released enforcement actions taken against banks in February. There were 36 cease and desist consent orders and five prompt corrective actions.

Some of the 36 banks with C&D orders that I've mentioned in previous posts include Mile High Banks, Longmont, CO; Sunrise Bank of Atlanta, Atlanta, GA; and Golden Coast Bank, Long Beach, CA.

One of the 5 banks with prompt corrective actions that I've mentioned in previous posts is AmericanWest Bank, Spokane, WA.
