FDIC's January Enforcement Actions

The FDIC made public today its January enforcement actions which includes 35 cease and desist consent orders. Two banks that I recognized from my previous posts include Town Community Bank and Trust, Antioch, IL and Athol-Clinton Co-operative Bank, Athol, MA.

There are still no reported bank failures as of 7:00pm CT.
