Fed up with the Fed? [CNNMoney]

CNNMoney article has excerpts from Sheila Bair, FDIC Chairman, which describes the problems with low interest rates. But with low inflation and high unemployment, there's not much chance the Federal Reserve will hike rates anytime soon. One ecomomist quoted in the article doesn't see rate hikes until December.
