Federal Reserve Launches Credit Card Database

From the Federal Reserve May 24th press release

Consumer credit card agreements from more than 300 credit card issuers are now online in a searchable database created by the Federal Reserve Board.

This database is a result of the credit card legislation that was signed into law last May.

Here's the database link. In addition to banks, I noticed credit unions like Alliant, Patelco and Northwest FCU. However, I don't see Pentagon FCU on the list.
