Former President of Park Avenue Bank Charged with TARP Fraud

From the Washington Post
The former chief executive of a New York bank shut down by regulators last week was arrested on Monday for attempting to defraud the taxpayer-funded bailout program, marking the first time criminal charges had been filed in connection with alleged abuse of the government's financial rescue effort.
The Park Avenue Bank in New York City was one of the four banks that were closed by regulators last week.
