Future Rates Insights from Dennis Lockhart, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta

Some are saying we won't see significant rate hikes until unemployment falls back to pre-recession levels which could take years. However, as described in this AP article, Dennis Lockhart, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, said the following:
Calibrating monetary stimulus to a goal of bringing unemployment fully to pre-recession levels would be a mistake
The government will be releasing its March employment report on Friday.
