GMAC Is Unlikely to Seek More Government Aid [WSJ]

GMAC Financial Services is angling to return to the stock markets with an initial public offering in the next two years, the auto lender's chief executive testified during a congressional hearing Thursday.

I hope the FDIC will end the rate restrictions that it has placed on Ally Bank (the subsidiary of GMAC) (see post).
