ING Direct Cuts Rate on its Orange Savings Account

The rate is now 1.25% APY (was 1.30%). The top tiers of the Electric Orange also fell. The top two tiers are now 1.45% and 1.40% APY (were 1.55% and 1.50%). It's worrisome to see ING Direct savings account rate still falling. Refer to my latest ING Direct review for more details.
