No More Cash Back When Funding Citibank Accounts with a Credit Card?

Citibank (0 stars) - Details
Citibank allows you to fund new accounts with a credit card, and this often counts as a purchase instead of a cash advance. Many people were using their cash back credit cards for this. However, the easy money may be over. A FW member reports that his Fidelity Investment Rewards Visa is no longer rewarding points for opening and funding Citibank accounts.

Have you received cash back rewards on your credit card for funding Citibank accounts or accounts at other banks?
