North American Savings Bank Enters into Supervisory Agreement with OTS

One new addition to Calculated Risk Blog's Unofficial Problem Bank List is North American Savings Bank, which is the bank that has been offering several hot nationwide CD deals in last few weeks. The bank's parent mentioned this supervisory agreement in a May 5th 8-K filing. It should be noted that the 8-K states that the 'Bank is not deemed to be in "troubled condition".'
