Ohio's SaveNOW Program Update

This Ohio.com article on America Saves Week, reminded me of a unique program for Ohio residents. It's called SaveNOW in which participating banks offer 3.25% on a savings account for one year. When I reported on this last year, the cap used was $5K, but according to Ohio's SaveNOW webpage it appears to have gone down to only $500.
