PenFed's New No-Fee Credit Card, the PenFed Promise Card

Pentagon Federal Credit Union (0 stars) - Details
For those who prefer a credit card with low interest rates and no fees, this new credit card from Pentagon Federal Credit Union is a good option. It has a 7.49% APR for the first 36 months. There are none of the usual credit card fees such as foreign transaction fees, cash advance fees, balance transfer fees, late payment fees and over credit limit fees.

If you are always careful and pay off your balances, you'll probably prefer the cash back credit cards such as PenFed's Visa reward credit card or the Charles Schwab Visa credit card.
