PopMoney Gives PayPal Competition [BankFox]

The service is now available to PNC Bank, FNBO Direct, and First Hawaiian Bank customers, and is similar to a service that Paypal has offered for a while.

PopMoney seems to be better than ING Direct's Person2Person Payment service since you don't have to get the recipient's bank account number.

Yes, You just have to add the receiving person's email or cell phone number and they will receive a code in their mail or SMS once you schedule a tarnsfer. Then they can just go to POPMoney.com and put the bank details where they want to get the money deposited. It is as simple as that. The sender does not have to know the receiver's bank details.
