Problem Banks in Puerto Rico

The Wall Street Journal received news from insiders that:

At least four banks entered bids in a Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. auction that could decide the fate of three troubled lenders in Puerto Rico

Calculated Risk Blog received news from a Puerto Rican source who said 'there are lots of "Dentists" in town for a Dental convention that doesn't appear to exist'. The speculation is that they're FDIC agents.
