Region Bank Bans Customer Who Fought a Bank Fee

The The Bank Draft blog describes a case in which a Regions Bank customer fought against a $29 fee to such an extent that it caused Regions to ban him from entering any Regions office.

No need to be rude to anybody. Being rude gets you nowhere. In this case, one can write a courteous letter to the president and cordially state one's case. It always works for me.

That's a good point about never being rude when you fight back against bank problems. A combination of politeness and tenacity is the best approach.
