I received a letter stating "I didn't meet minimum account opening balance" and wouldn't receive the bonus. The rep at the Marketing Redemption number said that it was explained to them that the customer needed to maintain a minimum balance of $500 for 30 days.
I think we all know that's not what the wording is. "Open with a minimum balance of $500" is different than "maintain a minimum balance of $500".
