Reminder for Those with SmartyPig Accounts

For those with a SmartyPig account, don't forget that tomorrow (May 19th), SmartyPig will be adding a harsh rate tier. Here's how SmartyPig described the change:

If your saved balance across all goals is $50,000.01 or more, the entire $50,000.01 or more will earn 0.50% APY, effective May 19, 2010. Also, if your saved balance across all goals is $50,000.00 or less, the entire amount will earn 2.15% APY, effective May 19, 2010.

You should probably mark SmartyPig now as having a $50,000 limit. Even though there isn't a hard limit, paying only .5% if you go over $50,000 is certainly going to act like a hard limit.
