Review Your Reward Checking Account Statements

A reader who has a reward checking account at First Arkansas Bank and Trust emailed me that the bank had only credited his account with the non-qualifying interest. He had met all the qualifications for May, but for some reason there was a mistake. He called the bank, and they were able to fix it.

So make sure you review your reward checking statements to ensure you received the proper interest, especially if you have a FABaT account.
