The Least-Trusted Banks in America [NYT]

New York Times reports on a Forrester’s annual Customer Advocacy rankings:

The bottom seven of this year’s rankings, first to last, are Bank of America, Chase, Capital One, TD/Commerce, Fifth Third, Citibank, and in last place, HSBC.

Wells Fargo/Wachovia was the only giant bank that wasn't included on the bottom of the list. Banks that were high on the list included USAA and ING Direct.
