Time to replace the 4% rule for Retirement?

The basics of the 4% rule is that you withdraw 4% of the portfolio in the first year of retirement and then every year afterward your withdrawals increase with inflation. This MarketWatch article looks at how this rule-of-thumb is being challenged by economists.
