Trouble Accessing Bank of America's Website?

Bank of America's (BAC Quote) main Web site was functioning again as of Friday evening after a number of online reports said it was out of out of order for most of the day.

You would think this giant bank would have the resources to ensure reliable website operation. Perhaps they've had too many cuts in their IT department.
