Unemployment Numbers Better Than Expected

Friday, March 5, 2010 - 9:37 AM
The Government's unemployment numbers from February appear a little better than expected. According to CNNMoney.com
The Labor Department said the economy lost 36,000 jobs in the month, fewer than the 68,000 jobs economists were expecting, according to a survey conducted by Briefing.com.
The faster unemployment improves, the sooner the Fed will hike rates.
