Unofficial Problem Bank List increases to 599 [CR]

The Unofficial Problem Bank List underwent significant changes since last as a net 15 institutions were added. Twenty-six institutions were added while 11 institutions were removed because of failure.
Two of the banks added this week that I've mentioned many times in the past are Flagstar Bank and Darby Bank & Trust Co.
