Unusually High CD Rates Advertised in Your Paper?

As I was looking for CD deals in newspaper ads this Sunday, I came across a few ads that list very high short-term CD rates. However, the ads are not from banks or credit unions. Examples include Integrifirst USA LLC in Denver with a 4.50% 3mo CD, Sun Cities Financial Group in Austin with a 4.50% 6mo CD and First Fidelity in the Houston metro area with a 5% 3mo CD.
