Update on the 2% Ready Saver Account

When I first reported on Ready Saver Account in February, I noted that the website stated that the account wasn't open to North Carolina residents. I was recently informed that this is no longer the case. A rep from Southern Community's marketing agency stated that it's now available to NC residents.
