I called the bank and the person I spoke with had no idea how long it would be until the depositpoint became available.

I am a US Bank customer, but I also have an account at the American Airlines Credit Union.  AA Credit Union has this feature, and it is GREAT!  It is so easy, and I never have to visit a branch.  I can't wait till this feature is available through US Bank.  WHEN is it coming??

I wrote to them about a month ago and they said they were rolling it out to a beta group of customers to test it, but gave no indication when it would be available for the rest of us. I'd sure like it. We're singer/songwriters and tour in areas in the SE for several months in the winter where there are no USBanks and this would be ideal!

I received a postcard in the mail today from US Bank.  It said to be eligible for DepositPoint, you must have a US Bank Checking Account for at least 12 months, have had no more than 2 returned deposited items, and be an active retail internet banking user.  It says to stop by your local branch for more information.
