Great Bank Overall!
CNB is a fabulous bank with very convenient hours and locations. They have small branches in local Kroger, Food City, and Walmart stores that are open on Saturdays until 2pm and on weekdays until 7pm. This makes it very convenient for the average working person to still be able to make it to a branch if needed. The customer service reps are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was once a victim of identity theft and the bank instantly noticed some weird charges on my account and called me to make me aware of it. They stopped the payments on my account and worked proactively to get my money back for me. If they had not caught this so quickly, who knows the damage that could have been done. Overall, the bank is a great fit for consumers looking for convenient hours, and knowledgeable, caring customer service staff.
Great Bank - Great People!
Citizens National Bank is a fabulous bank to work with. They have very convenient hours as they have mini branches located in local Kroger and Food City grocery stores open until 7:00pm Monday through Friday and 2:00pm on Saturday. The customer service is fabulous at CNB. I have been a victim of identity theft in the past. I promptly went into the bank branch of my local grocery story and the bank quickly shut off access to my account and started working on getting my money back to me. If I have ever needed a thing, they are always available via telephone without a wait as well. The online banking is convenient with access to your checking and savings accounts via their website with online banking or their app straight from your phone. You can also deposit checks conveniently right from their app. You simply open the app, snap a photo of the front and back of the endorsed check, and your money is deposited by the next business day.
Do Not Bank At CNB Rude Folks
I like to say the same thing, I never like writing reviews:
This Bank is highly unprofessional, inefficient and caters to only wealthy people, I understand most of the banks do but this bank is on the other level of being uber rude. Most of the tellers have no idea what they are doing. I also feel they are stereotyping every customer but that's my opinion. Manager is one of a character does't even know why come to the bank if you don't know how to run a bank, They need a complete makeover by firing all this unprofessional rude obnoxious employees including the manager who runs all the time without knowing anything. Please remember why give business to this folks who only caters to wealthy and "W" folks. I understand banking is a business but this bank is only a different level. Stay away from this bank and give your business some other bank who has respect for you and you're not just an account number for them. Stay away at all the cost, There are so many other banks in the market, so shop around!
