Rude To Long Time Customers

I’ve been banking here since I was 14 and up until a few months ago I’ve never had any issue. Brenda who works in the fraud department has some sort of immature vendetta because she doesn’t like to do her due diligence or her job correctly and uses her authority to belittle and talk down to clients. Ive never worked with someone so incompetent and rude. She likes to make up her own narratives in her head without again doing her due diligence. Bank anywhere else honestly. Brenda alone is enough of a reason for me to switch CU’s. Not worth the condescending attitude when there are way better people to give your money to.

I had been a member of PeoplesChoice CU since I was a kid.  They used to be good to deal with but not anylonger. The CEO operates the credit union like a bank and just plain sucks!  They operate more like a bank and I feel like a number.  They are rude and I wouldnt recommend anyone join and do business with them.
