Many years ago I moved to town and started to work at a large hospital. The hospital was affiliated with the credit union. So my co-workers took me to the credit union for the very first time. It was a small office at the time. I was a little hesitant but it was easy. The people that worked there became your friend. They understood when you needed help and made good suggestions. As the hospital grew so did the credit union. It branched out into several sites. The people did change yet the staff was still easy to deal with. I have had several types of accounts with them to include checking, savings, credit cards and various loans. When I bumped into any issues the staff was quick to get back to me. Once my daughter lost her debt card- she called them and jumped right on. They halted any unforeseen charges and gave her a new card that very day. I was impressed. It is so nice to get that type of service. Real people helping you out.
