Orange County's Credit Union is offering some competitive long-term CD rates. The most competitive is the 5-year Jumbo CD with a 3.05% APY. There's also a 2.25% APY 3-year Jumbo CD and a 2.70% APY 4-year Jumbo CD. Minimum deposit is $100K. The rates for a $1,000 minimum are 0.15% less than the Jumbo rates.
