This is the first rate increase for the Certificates in almost a year, and the new APYs are the highest in the Certificates’ 4-year history.

The minimum opening deposit for the Certificate is $1K and $100k for the Jumbo Certificate, with no maximum balance cap for either.
According to CSR, the Early Withdrawal Penalty for either Certificate is 182 days.
