Surety Bank is advertising two attractive CD rates: 4.30% APY for a 12-month term and 5.06% APY for a 60-month term. The minimum is $1,000. These CDs were advertised in yesterday's Daytona Beach News-Journal. The ad is available online here. The bank doesn't seem to have a website. The bank's phone number is 386-248-3139.
