There are a few out there, and I found one at TruService Community Credit Union which is offering a 3.04% APY 5-year CD and IRA CD. There’s also a competitive 3-year CD with a 2.02% APY. Minimum deposit is $500. These rates are listed in the credit union’s rates page as of 5/23/2011.

I have held CDs at this credit union.  They usually offer rates that are very good compared to other banks and credit unions (especially in the local area).  This used to be a credit union for postal workers and, although not a big credit union, they gave me a great rate on 5-year CDs (which matured a couple of years ago).  Still have a savings and checking account there and have been thinking of opening a new 5-year CD (or two) at the 3.04% APY (which has been in effect for a few months now).
