Am I Understanding This Varo Savings Account Correctly?

It looks like you can have a Varo savings account at 1.21%APY with no cap and no debit card hoops. There are hoops for the 2.8% on the first $10,000 but it doesn't look like their are any requirements for the 1.21% rate which is looking good for liquid cash at the moment. All I can find is this savings agreement:

Does anyone have any experience with them?
