BofA is probably one of the most pathetic, poorly managed "too big to fail" banks in the world. There are endless reams of documentation where they have ruined people due to incompetence and error prone employees. When are the appropriate regulatory agencies, if there are any left, going to step-in and enforce the laws against this corporation that is bordering on the shakedown tactics of old gangsters?
