Mad Customer

My bank account got hacked from THEIR system and they did not refund all of my charged that were false. They did refund 2 of the charges, but not the rest! That is BS!!!! There were approx. $200 in false charges that they did not refund back to me. Centrue bank does not stand by their policy and their "fraudulent" charges refund policy. They are supposed to stand by their name and refund anything that you say is not yours and they did NOT do this. It's not my fault they have a low security computer system that got hacked and that someone spent my money! They should have to pay.....I will be switching bank accounts ASAP and I would suggest that everyone else do the same before your money is stolen!

I have never been with a bank like this one that will hit you with fees fees and morefees. My account has been hacked 3 times and this bank could care less. And oh yeah made me eat the over draft fees cause of their poor online security. Bank elsewhere not he re.
