I have been a customer of SFCU for many, many years. Over the years I have had the pleasure of dealing with SO many qualified and courteous employees and although I've always said I appreciated their help before disconnecting, I've never taken the time to let people know HOW MUCH their assistance meant to me - until now.
I just spent 40 mins on the phone with Laura, I believe from new accounts. I had opened another account and was having trouble getting the final set up to be accepted. FORTUNATELY, I was connected to Laura who very patiently helped me resolve ALL the issues I was having. She's a jewel! SFCU, you're lucky to have this person in your employ. Reliable With Good Rates
I have been a customer of Signature FCU for years. They used to be known as NAPUS / National Association of Postmasters of US Credit Union before they diversified and opened to the general public. I chose them because of their great checking rates and soon found that they had among the best mortgage rates as well. Each time I have needed support, I found them very helpful and easy to work with. I have not had the issues described by others here. I would recommend them.
I Like This Credit Union
I've never had an issue with them. I didn't rate the fee portion of the overall ratings, instead checking it n/a but 5 star on the rest. I sent a message this morning to them and within minutes I had a reply. They have always been quick to response and go the extra mile to help. I would recommend them to anyone.
