I was hoping to find a home for my corporate accounts. I opened up a personal account 8/21/11 to see how things worked. Seems Old Missouri couldn't handle a simple personal account with a few hundred dollars. Held onto my debit card for about a week because they didn't want to buy a stamp to tell me they needed info. I offered to leave money to buy a stamp but they wouldn't do that either. Been almost a month and still haven't received my password for online banking. Lots of excuses. Claim they couldn't give me password because they didn't have my phone number. However their online enrollment REQUIRES a phone number or it won't process. I've been to the bank twice and still no password. Who ever issues out passwords seems to always be out. I wonder what would happen if she quit would that mean the end of anyone being able to have online access and they'd close their doors? Don't bother going to manager. She needs to be retrained in customer service. She's very argumentive and doesn't seem to know that online form requires phone number. Bottom line: If they can't be trusted to handle a personal accounts right then I wouldn't trust them with a corporate account. I'm looking for another bank.
