Promotion for opening account was paid. Then, computer access to my account codes got me somebody else's account, twice. Long, long call needed to fix. Automatically enrolled me in anti-American lobbying group against any form of capitalism, not my desired activity as credit unions should not have a political nature. Credit card application accepted and then had to verify out the for small line, then would have had to had to physically sign application again in branch 3 hours drive each way through kamikaze traffic if wanted bonus of bout $50. Enough is enoungh, departed its world of smoking haze.

I worked with Santos who returned calls promptly, confirmed receipt of faxes, did everything he said he was going to do, and went beyound to expedite the process due to a surprise deadline that was a result of car dealership monkey business. I searched the web high and low but could not find a better rate for the 60 month term.
