5.50% 3-Month CD at a Texas Bank - and 5.50% Savings Account (Patriot)

Patriot Bank is offering a special 5.50% APY 3-month certificate of deposit. The minimum deposit is $10,000, and the maximum is $100,000. Funds must be new to the bank.
They're also offering a special 5.50% APY savings account. The minimum deposit is $100, and the yield applies to all balances. However, the yield is subject to change at any time.
I haven't called, but based on their June 6% CD special, it's very likely that a branch visit is required.
Branches are located in the Texas cities of Dallas, Houston, Honey Grove and Ladonia. The bank is FDIC insured (Certificate # 3258).

just called said they have to verify you in there branches if you dont have any accounts with them currently
