3.15% 39-Month CD at Capital Communications FCU in New York - Local Only

Capital Communications Federal Credit Union is offering some competitive special certificate rates. The most competitive one is the 39-month certificate with a 3.15% APY. Minimum deposit is $500. The other specials are not quite as competitive. These include a 2.40% APY 27-month CD, a 1.80% APY 14-month CD and a 1.85% APY 21-month CD which allows for withdrawals of up to $1,000 without a penalty. Membership is open to those who live, work, worship or attend school in one of the following New York cities: Albany, Cohoes, Mechanicville, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Troy, Watervliet and Town of Green Island.
