The Grow Green Checking account has two tiers:

tier 2:  15 transactions, $25K, $250 minimum was 3.14%, now 2.78%APY

tier 1:  10 transactions, $25K, no minimum, was 1.85% (IIRC), now 1.26%APY

There was no notice of this rate change, only an update of the website.
