To be blunt—don’t use this bank! Since [name redacted] and [name redacted] left this bank has gone upside down. [name redacted] is the VP now. She has got to be the most ignorant and arrogant individual on the face of the planet. Many people have quit using the bank since [name redacted]’s retirement. My father and I have also. I would advise any other customer of this bank to do the same. Withdrew every penny today—two CDs, three checking accounts, two money market accounts, and a savings account. **** you [name redacted], and **** you kanza bank!

I've been a customer for a year, so has been my girlfriend. This is the most customer unfriendly bank in the US i've dealt with, and i've dealt with many. Basically, my impression is that they do everything to **** their customers. We are going to close our accounts, fed up with them already.
