Same limit (24,999 to be exact) and everything else.

The notice only mentioned the main rate. Their site is updated with the new one, which seems to be the only change (thank goodness): 24,999 limit, .75% @ 25k and above, .15% for non-qualifying.  Same requirements:  15 pos debit card transactions, 1 DD and/or ACH debit/credit, e-statements.
