A Closer Look At America's Aging Workforce

"The patterns are consistent for both men and women and for groups with different levels of education."

I have no idea how that would happen, it is counter-intuitive.  We have 70-year-old folks still working with no ending, causing younger-generation workers to leave the company due to lack of work; which is occupied by those older folks.
