From the only 6% club member 2.5 years ago down to the 2% club member; what a fall from grace. So:

1. Do not fall in love with any RCA.

2. Always adapt (aim high) to the current favorable RCAs (i.e., SWACU and Coppermark at 4%, $25K).

3. Be ready to quit RCA when the time comes.
