HCSB RCA (2.01,$25K) To (1.51%,$25K)

In March of 2010, this Texas bank (not to be confused with HSBC) offered a 3.51%/$25k nationwide RCA, which was not considered one of the best rates.  Oh, how times change.  The latest rate change was effective 11/1/12.
